This hotel is an opulent sanctuary that exceeded my expectations. the staff was courteous and efficient, catering to my every whim. My suite boasted luxurious amenities and was immaculately decorated. I greatly appreciated the private balcony and the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. the dining experience was extraordinary with a variety of delicious and beautifully presented options. the location was serene and perfect for a getaway retreat.

Although it didn't hinder my overall experience, it was a small inconvenience during required communication for a work project.
